This is only putting a spot light on the site as a tool for all different kinds of users. Something I have been noticing is more and more SMBs turning specifically toFacebook, attracting all those different types of demographics that crawl all over the site.
Just earlier today I was speaking with Eric Pratt , Business Development Manager here at QeH2, about the idea of a Facebook page for QeH2. Hopefully this gives users a more personal look at our team and some of the revolutionary things we are focusing on, helping to move businesses forward.
I found a great article written by Paul Chaney, or the social media handyman, titled the "Ten Commandments for Effective Online Social Networking," where he explains the many different things you really need to contemplate when building a profile on Facebook.
